This Privacy Policy applies to the Job Progress Tracker mobile application. The app is designed to help users track job numbers, job sites, building names, descriptions of work, job status, and completed jobs.

Job Progress Tracker lets users enter job-related information, including job numbers, job site names, building names, work descriptions, status values, and completion dates. This information is stored locally on the user's device.

The current version of Job Progress Tracker does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with the developer or third parties. The app does not require users to create an account and does not use advertising, analytics, location tracking, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or payment information.

The app includes a feature that allows users to share a job site link through Android's share sheet. Sharing is initiated by the user. The app does not upload job data to a server as part of this feature in the current version. Any information a user chooses to send through another app, such as email or messaging, is handled by that other app's privacy practices.

Job data is stored locally on the user's device. The data remains on the device until the user edits or deletes it, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app.

Users can delete individual jobs inside the app. Users can also remove all locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage through Android system settings.

Because the current version stores job data locally on the user's device, users should use normal device security protections such as a screen lock and operating system updates. If a future version adds online syncing, this policy will be updated to explain what data is collected, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion.

Job Progress Tracker is intended for work and business productivity use. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
